Examples of Deal Structures for $5M-$10M Companies, recommended resources?

Does anyone have examples of deal structures for $5M - $10M companies they can share? I know SBA finances up to $5M, curious to know the best way to finance the rest of the deal, if the purchase price is ~$8M. Can up to $5M be financed through SBA lender and $3M be financed through a conventional lender? What gap financing options are there?

Are there any books and/or resources that one can recommend to learn about creatively financing deals in the $5M-$10M range?
