ex-YCombinator founder, building a BPO roll-up startup at venture-scale, seeking deal-oriented cofounder

Hey, I'm a founder/operator, previously built my AI startup funded by YCombinator and sold it. Right now I'm gathering a team for the next startup. The team has researchers and experienced startup builders with frontier AI expertise. We are evaluating a venture-scale roll-up plan: acquiring 10+ BPO companies per year to aggressively replace millions of human jobs in the enterprise markets.
