(Ex-BCG Principal) PE / portfolio company + exec team support

Hi folks,

I spent about a year at the beginning of the pandemic searching full-time, but paused due to a number of reasons (family, location flexibility changes). In the meantime, I've been building a solo consulting and fractional exec practice focused on a few of my core competencies (climate + tech startups, and lower-mid market investors & portfolio companies). Would love to connect with PE folks and exec teams who are looking for experienced strategy, ops, corp dev, and general business problem-solving and leadership support - I'm eager to learn more about how I can be helpful in the community that's supported me the last few years!

- Ex-Principal (8 years) in BCG's PE, tech, health care practices, where I led dozens of commercial DDs / value creation focused on middle market, transformations (e.g., $200M EBITDA transformation at Fortune 500), growth strategy & execution
- Experienced corp dev professional - have led multiple transactions in lower-mid-market tech and professional services companies
- Skilled at working between day-to-day teams, C-Suite, and investors on driving major change, reporting, and executing on strategy
- Examples of my recent work: Led spinout of a carbon measurement SaaS company from corporate parent; Led diligence for an investor of home insulation business; new market entry strategy for a commercial building equipment company
