Perhaps the most frequently asked question that I get from prospective entrepreneurs is whether or not they should pursue their journey alongside a partner. And, if they do, how well should they know them? What difficult conversations should they have? Is it important to have worked with this person or not? Or would they be better off doing this by themselves?

To help us answer these frequently asked questions, I was so humbled to be join by Dr. Noam Wasserman, who quite literally wrote the book on successful entrepreneurial partnerships (The Founder's Dilemmas). Dr. Wasserman is currently the Dean of the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, a position that he ascended to after 13 years as a professor at Harvard Business School.

If you're currently working with a partner, or are considering doing so, this is the episode for you!
