Hi @redacted‌, I'm a broker and put together a list of Electrical Distributors before that were sold with SBA Loans. It shows things like what buyers paid, SDE, and their locations. Feel free to send me an email redacted and I'll share it with you. The biggest takeaway from these deals is your asset allocation (IRS Form###-###-#### is something you'll really want to pay attention to in your purchase agreement.
