Hi Searchfunder community, I am currently looking at 2 deals - One is a Healthcare consulting (focused on regenerative medicine & gene/ cell therapy) and the other a CRO. Trying to understand if there could be synergies in combining these two companies. Pls DM me if you have experience in the area
