ETA Deal Sourcing Intern (Part-Time, Remote)

I’m looking for a part-time intern to help with deal sourcing and business evaluation for my acquisition search. You’ll help identify and reach out to small businesses that fit our criteria, schedule intro calls with owners or brokers, and support light analysis to advance deals. What You’ll Do * Research industries and identify companies that fit our acquisition criteria. * Build prospect lists and track leads in a CRM. * Conduct initial outreach (email/call) to business owners and brokers. * Schedule introductory calls and maintain a deal pipeline report. * Assist with high-level financial and qualitative assessments of target companies. What We’re Looking For: Detail-oriented, strong communication, Undergraduate or Graduate students interested in entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA), private equity, or small business investing, experience with Google Sheets & PowerPoint/Canva a plus. Flexible, remote, 10–15 hrs/week. Unpaid but highly educational role working directly with an active searcher/operator.
