The HBS one is great, but it has limited capacity and is aimed mostly at current HBS students who are search curious and HBS alumni. If you are at a high-level MBA program and want to meet potential investors, you can't go wrong. For better or worse, most of the investors are only interested in HBS/Stanford/Penn students.

Updating this thread re Rice ETA Conference. The date is 10/17/25. The conference and community both skew toward self-funded search, but we are bring in a select group of search funds to participate this year. Our vision for this year's conference is to create a magnetic event across Texas and the Gulf Coast. We are collaborating with multiple colleges across the region and attracting regional searchers/service providers/investors.
