Is anyone aware of established funds who invest in ETA searchers? Someone who's been doing it for +3 years, have strong track record, focused on quarterly cash distributions, and have investor-friendly terms? Asking the question from the perspective of capital allocator.

Hi Paul, we are starting to really expand into this now. We have done a handful of deals with searchers, but have largely been more focused on typical PE buy and builds. That said, we certainly have the experience having done close to 50 deals as a firm, and over $10b worth personally.

Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to connect.

If you go to the directory on this website, you can filter to investors. The Brydon Group is an example of an ETA-focused fund that has a DC presence (looks like you are DC-based).
