Portfolio Sectors: • Water Infrastructure • Waste Management • Critical Infrastructure Testing • Compliance Mandated Maintenance • Environmental Compliance and Similar Non-Discretionary Sectors We exclusively represent a proven institutional-grade team headquartered in Sydney, Australia who is expanding into their 3rd fund and are offering qualified US investors to participate as limited partners. Our client is focused on essential infrastructure services (water infrastructure, regulated waste, environmental compliance, and technical testing). Each targeted investment is a lower middle market founder-owned business. Our client is seeking additional capital totaling US$55 million (minimum investment is US$100,000) to complete the acquisitions in their current pipeline (which is expected to grow circa ~10-fold inredactedwith additional acquisitions coming on board). This current fund is targeting an annual 30% Gross IRR (26% Net) by driving returns through operational transformation instead of aggressive financial leverage. This annual 30% gross target in infrastructure relies on a unique, highly non-competitive market window, and a bespoke proprietary data-driven sourcing effort including: • Bilateral Value Arbitrage: They are systematically originating deals at a 4-6x core entry multiple range by engaging directly with aging founders who have aligned succession paths. • Source Method: They have entirely bypassed any broker-led competitive investment processes. • Source Machine: This is not a theoretical strategy. The fund has mapped a universe of 68,200 Australian companies, filtered down to 300+ direct outreach conversations, and held 80 deep-dive direct founder meetings. This velocity has allowed them to quickly lock down a US$20M proprietary indicative pipeline, creating an immediate need to deploy additional capital. • Institutional Stewards: The strategy is built on a micro-cap execution playbook but run by seasoned institutional veterans. The investment committee is comprised of former senior private equity and investment banking leaders from Goldman Sachs, Carlyle Group, Rothschild, Credit Suisse, and Lazard. We have attached a summary overview which provides more information on this opportunity. If it is of further interest to you please reach out to receive the NDA.
