Your post is not clear. Does the company have ESOP? What %? Asset/Stock deal? Do you plan to continue or dissolve ESOP? Do you plan to use SBA? I have sold X) a business with ESOP to a buyer who discontinued ESOP, Y) And have sold another w/ no EXOP to a buyer who already had an ESOP. X is a challenge. Happy to talk
