I’m about to close my first acquisition of a SaaS company. Does anyone have recommendations for a cost-effective escrow service providers or firms? Ideally, they have experience with tech / e-commerce M&A. Thank you in advance!

It can be tricky when real estate isn't involved, but if someone on the transaction (lender, attorney, accountant, etc.) has a good relationship with a title company, they are generally equipped to handle escrow funds. In my experience, the smaller the title company, the greater the likelihood they will play ball.
