Escrow Recommendations

I'm looking for Escrow recommendations for a small acquisition with the escrow to be held during the 30 day diligence period. The acquisition will occur in the Washington DC metro area, so I'm looking for either an attorney or bank in this area for the escrow or an online option. I've reached out to a few lawyers who handle escrow, but the fees are high relative to the escrow amount. Does anyone have an escrow service they've used and would recommend?
