Looking to do a $2.4m transaction, how much should I budget for the Escrow costs? Any recommendations on escrow agents?

My recommendation is to not use an escrow! Small business deals rarely require them. Sometimes the seller's broker will try and insist, but usually just because their background is in real estate (where escrow is common). Happy to talk it through in more detail.
