I do not agree with ^redacted‌Andrew. I have not met anyone who has regretted going with BuildOps. I am working with a commercial network group called Synergy Partners (Commercial HVAC network) and at least 6 of them have chosen BuildOps platform for their needs. We were the second one amongst Synergy group to sign up with BuildOps as our ERP. We were coming off an integrated platform called Jonas (Dispatch + Accounting + Operations etc.) and hence had to move to a stack of software suite consisting of BuildOps for CRM, Sage Intacct for Accounting and MITER for payroll. We had investigated ServiceTrade, BuildOps and Trimble for CRM and demo'ed with all of them. We went with BuildOps because we also have a construction department and hence wanted to have a CRM which could handle both Service workorders as well as construction projects and found BuildOps to be the only CRM which is trying to integrate these together. The change from Jonas to BuildOps + Intacct + Miter has been challenging, but we do not regret our decision. We feel that BuildOps is the right solution for the Construction space and the right horse to ride.
