ERP Recommendations for Small Software Company

Looking for ERP recommendations for a small B2B software company (~$1M revenue, 2–4 employees). We sell SaaS and perpetual licenses, and ship some hardware. Ideally looking for: GL, AR/AP Subscription + perpetual billing Cloud-based, strong API Budget-friendly and easy to implement We’re outgrowing QuickBooks + Sheets. What have others used at this stage?
