ERC Credit

Does any tax professional know anything about how this works? I think my company is eligible for this but my accountant has not been helpful. Would love some insight. I believe I need to file some 941-x's for the last 3 q's and then one for 2020 and then file 4 form 7200's and claim against it and I should get a refund. Unclear if I'm misunderstanding this and the services that specialize in this all charge a fairly high fee.

Guarav, have you applied for a 2nd PPP loan and already been forgiven? If not then I have a good contact for you out of Cleveland. He found this for one of my clients and the ERC is his case is north of $750,000. feel free to email me if you want an intro redacted

Gusto has a good integration for the submittals (I think) if you're still considering applying for the credits after you switch over, though I don't know if the lack of historical data would be a problem or if you could just import it.
