Equity/Mezz/Debt Investors for Landscaping Roll-Up in the Northeast

Hi there,

I’m looking to speak to potential equity/mezz/debt investors. About to agree an LOI for a $650k SDE platform (50/50 commercial vs. higher-end residential, attractive margins and recurring revenue) and in advanced discussions with a $250k SDE business down the road (100% commercial, great margins and long-term customer base). Aware of several other assets currently in the market in a 10-mile radius.

I see meaningful operational/synergistic value drivers here and also looking to utilize my 14 years of M&A/Corp Dev experience to drive inorganic growth.
