Equity termsheet template/sample for manufacturing

Hey all - I'm under LOI for a $1.8Mn EBITDA manufacturing business and speaking to investors for a portion of the capital stack. Does anyone have a sample Term Sheet I can use for equity investors? Also need some advice on the terms itself. Any experienced Searchers or Service Providers who I can speak to?
