Our mission is to empower aspiring finance professionals by equipping them with real-world skills and publishing high-quality research that is distributed to top financial institutions, family offices, and investment groups.
Position Overview
We are seeking driven and intellectually curious Equity Research Analysts to join our analyst team. Analysts will collaborate with their sector teams to conduct deep-dive company analysis, build financial models, and publish institutional-grade research reports that support investment decision-making for our student-managed fund.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and company-specific research within a designated sector (e.g., TMT, Healthcare, Energy, Consumer, Industrials, etc.)
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Prepare equity research reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Present findings to senior members, sector heads, and the investment committee
- Stay updated on market trends, earnings, and relevant macroeconomic news

Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate student with a strong interest in finance, investing, and equity research
- Prior experience with financial modeling or investing is a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture
