Final session of our Summer ETA Webinar Series is this Tuesday with Jacob Hall of Kando Capital on raising equity. Jacob runs a boutique PE firm specializing in minority equity investments in LMM buyout transactions. Kando partners with ETA buyers and independent sponsors with patient capital, strategic guidance, and hands-on partnership across sourcing, valuation, structuring, and post-close. He also teaches the ETA course at Texas McCombs School of Business and serves on their MBA Advisory Board, so he supports searchers from both the LP and classroom perspectives.
