Hello,
I signed an LOI and started DD recently.
Was wondering if there was such a thing as "too-early" to reach out to potential equity gap investors?
How did you manage that in parallel of your ongoing conversations?

there is not such a thing as early. i would keep talking to the exisiting investors and potential investors
