Anyone have a good equipment / fleet appraiser they’ve used recently? Our lender is requiring an appraisal for underwriting on a deal we’re working on. The business is located in Ohio; however, we're open to nationwide firms. Scope is roughly ~40 vehicles plus additional heavy equipment (forklifts, etc.). Would appreciate any recommendations or introductions. Thanks.
