This is not a traditional search fund. You won't raise capital from a syndicate of investors, personally guarantee acquisition debt, or spend two years fundraising before you can even start looking for a company. Verdian funds the search directly, with $2 to $10 million of equity available per deal, and gives you a fast, funded path to running a company you found, with equity in the outcome, over aredactedmonth period, supported by Verdian's deal and transformation team, not run by them. We're looking for 5 to 10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, or a P&L-owning operating role, with a genuine interest in running a company for years, not exiting it in two.
