EMS/ ambulance MSO?

Hey all - wondering if anyone has considered building an EMS/ ambulance MSO. Noting how successful primary care MSOs have been in entering shared savings contracts/ transitioning to value-based care, I'm exploring whether there is a similar opportunity in EMS. I've done a good amount of primary research on this and would be happy to share with anyone exploring this space. Thanks!

Hey ^redacted‌ did you have any further info into this idea? I have worked for a few companies that have multiple ambulance bases (in same state and out) and the licensing and authorities to operate were complicated but manageable through having local managers. GMR / AMR is a national group with many localized business units.
