I run the ETA Club at UGA’s Buckhead campus (~25 part-time MBAs and EMBAs). We’re building out programming and are looking to connect with people at Emory, Georgia Tech, and other area schools to compare notes and potentially coordinate a few things this year (speakers, deal discussions, so on). Would love to connect.

Ty, this is great. I run a commercial due diligence practice for buy-side clients on LMM acquisitions. If you're building out programming, I'd be happy to do a session on what commercial DD looks like at the lower middle market level — what buyers should be evaluating beyond the financials, common red flags, and how to think about the commercial health of a target before close. No pitch, just useful content for your members. Happy to do it virtually. Let me know if that's of interest.

Hey Ty! I’m an MBA student at Emory and have been thinking about starting an ETA club on campus after serving as a TA for the ETA class. I’ve talked to ETA club presidents from other schools and would love to connect to exchange notes and put something together. You can reach me at redacted
