Has anybody found any useful tools (AI, upworkers, etc.) to write the first personalized sentence for emails sent to owners? Would be particularly interested to hear if anybody has found any ai-driven tools or anything that could be used instead of having interns write them.

I've hooked up a custom GPT through ChatGPT to use the Notion API to interact with my Notion pages/databases. From here, I give it directions to look at specific pages, databases, etc. depending on what I ask of it. For writing emails, LinkedIn messages, etc., I have a dedicated Notion page for keeping track of messages I have already written, and it attempts to use those to help inform what it is writing when I provide it context. From there, I just chat with it via ChatGPT and provide it relevant information that I can find myself. Usually it will spit something out that provides a good enough start that I can just take it from there (adding my final message to the page for future reference, updating it's instructions based on what I'm seeing, etc.).
Additionally, I'm working on providing tooling for the GPT to use to find information itself. I've written my own API that it can interact with to browse websites, etc., so that it can find information for me and perform the task on a more end-to-end basis. Can't say it's in a good enough state to rely on such functionality heavily at the moment, but I'm slowly improving it and it shows. At a minimum, it's nice to have something to bounce ideas off of to be able to get something down rather than getting stuck immediately. It's basically a fancy rubber ducky that I'm slowly tuning to work well with what I'm doing lol.
I'll add that I've spent quite a bit of time integrating a more custom solution using the OpenAI API, but I found the complexity just grew way to quickly and I was spending way more time developing software than I was actually using it. This is when I decided to leverage Notion to handle the persistent data + direct interface and let ChatGPT deal with the integration. In this way, setting it up is very easy, cheap, and somewhat customizable, but I'll admit that the "full solution" I was planning on would have certainly been much more powerful. I'm sure people are working on products to do that stuff, but when you realize they're all just tying into GPT anyways, it makes you realize custom GPTs will get you pretty far.
