Searchers,

What have you found to be the most helpful element of personalization in email campaigns? A comment about the seller's business? Industry? Would welcome any thoughts in the comments.

I've recently found that community/geographical personalization really helps. I get a lot of "you know, I wasn't going to respond, but then saw you were in my back yard and figured I'd say something".

Personalizing through geographical area is a good idea, and it is easy and less time taking to put in the email database as well.

The thing that could work even better is, researching a bit more maybe on their LinkedIn account, or their company website, and picking up a line or framing a sentence that is completely unique for them and then putting up in the email database.

Use an placeholder for icebreakers, where the software would take that personalized line automatically for the respective leads, and boom, you have sent a personalized email but on a mass scale.

I have done project on the past for clients to find personalized information.
