Hi everybody - I've been facing challenges to land on the inbox for Office365 accounts. I have all the IT setups in place and follow all the best practices (e.g., warm up, personalization, no images, etc.) however pretty much all emails that show a cold outreach intent seem to be falling in the spam. Has anyone found a way around us? Any cold email set up that works?

We've been struggling with this as well. Seems to be a recent change within Office365. I've been looking for UpWork talent to help with this. Here was an initial solution he proposed: "Having the FROM, SPF and DKIM domains align is a Google and Yahoo requirement since 2024: https://support.google.com/a/answer/81126?hl=en#zippy=%2Crequirements-for-all-senders%2Crequirements-for-sending-or-more-messages-per-day Here are Google's instructions on how to setup your own domain for DKIM signing: https://support.google.com/a/answer/174124?hl=en"

Let me know if you figure it out.

Other than the above suggestions, the IT setup or tool you are using can also effect deliverability. We tried and tested multiple ones as we are sending about 50k emails/month for ourselves and clients. Might be able to help so if the issue is not yet solved, let's discuss.
