Interesting profile. A SaaS business showing an EBITDA almost equal to revenue usually has some unique context behind it. Could be heavy add-backs, a low CapEx footprint, or a very concentrated customer base. Worth digging into the quality of earnings and how durable that margin really is. I have seen a few deals where headline margins looked similar, but the real picture became clear only after looking at customer retention, revenue mix, and the sustainability of the cost structure. Curious what others here think about interpreting numbers like these at face value.
