We are an independent sponsor raising equity to acquire a significant majority stake in an eDiscovery software company based in the US Mountain States Region. The software is used by lawyers in litigation to collect, review, analyze and produce documents. The talented founders (CEO and CTO) will roll over equity and stay in the business.
