I'm not a searcher myself, but my company, RightBid, produces a lot of operational due diligence for e-commerce questions for large private equity firms. Casey, we are planning to start a search fund focusing on online business. eCommerce is one of our segment on our radar. We find it critical to identify eCommerce and other other online businesses with high barrier of entry. Would be very interested in connecting and discussing your roll-up strategy.
