eCommerce Portfolio Company General Manager (Akron, OH)

365 Holdings is seeking an eCommerce Brand Operating Partner to serve as the General Manager for one of our eCommerce Brands. The Opportunity - Become the general manager of a brand that has a nearly eight figure revenue run rate that is being positioned for sale in the next###-###-#### months. - Full support of the 365 holdings organization to drive functions including: traffic, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, technical development, graphic design, and more. Your Role - Own the P/L - achieve monthly revenue and profit goals - Run the business - manage all business metrics and KPIs - Drive Strategy - create growth through the creation of new funnels, offers, and products Assist in the business sale process and transition with the business to new ownership Your Qualifications - 3+ years of eCommerce Experience is required - 3+ years of P/L ownership or Entrepreneurial experience is strongly preferred - Experience with direct response marketing and sales letter copywriting is strongly preferred - Experience with subscription trial offers or affiliate marketing is a strong plus The Specifics - National/Remote is OK but will require travel to Akron, Ohio - Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include uncapped incentive compensation - Strong incentive compensation tied to a successful sale of the business as well as a post-closing transition and retention package
