Responsibilities 1.Drive brand awareness of a set of the brands in Recontour's portfolio. Create and launch brand campaigns, including concepts, objectives, and execution tactics across digital channels. 2.Define, drive and measure KPIs for all campaigns and digital channels. 3.Manage external agencies to support campaign execution. 4.Develop tools and processes needed to measure ROI across all marketing initiatives. 5.Champion our data-first approach to marketing, always looking for more meaningful ways to engage with our consumers 6.Develop comprehensive understanding of the consumer journey and content strategy, ensuring the site requests are measured against these components.

Required qualifications 1.Bachelor's Degree Required in Marketing or Related Field 2.Background of digital brand management, preferably with D2C growth stage companies 3.Excellent communication skills with the ability to share big ideas through stories with a consistent voice 4.Analytical grounding and thought process in order to both prioritize opportunities and evaluate the performance of marketing efforts. 5.A highly entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to focus and thrive under minimal guidance 6.Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles 7.Ability to setup and run A/B testing and segmentation, with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights to inform future testing

Desirable qualifications 1.Experience in ecommerce D2C, such as Amazon, Shopify, etc. 2.Experience in executing Amazon Advertising campaigns 3.Experience in social media advertising and influencer marketing
