I'd recommend taking a look at some of the online market place / bizbuysell equivalents for software businesses -- acquire.com and empireflippers.com are a good place to start. In terms of intermediaries, QuietLight, eCashflow Acquisitions and Website Closers are big players in the space at the size you've described. Feel free to DM w/ any questions.
