EBITDA numbers lower

After doing Financial Due Diligence on a target company with 500K EBITDA, How much lower can EBITDA go and you still buy the company without retrading? Assume everything else stays equal. Email me for a QoE redacted

Need to know what my entry point in and thesis is on the company. But would say with $s that low, $50k or more should be a retrade.
