Early Stage Operational Search

I am moving to LOI on an industrial services company in Louisiana doing 20-30M revenue per year and would like to begin exploring operational support for this acquisition. They do have a full management team in place, but there is a lot of improvement to be made when it comes to profitability and growing to a 50M+ revenue company. I would love to chat with anyone interested in a director or C level position, or anyone who has experience growing at this size/scale.
