Hello there,

planning to get a deeper look into the Energy-as-a.Service industry in general and with a focus on Australia.. Would love to get your input! How do you foresee the future landscape of the industry in terms of consolidation and M&A, and what implications might it have for the overall growth and sustainability of the sector? I find it very challenging because of its relations to various other industries.

Cheers!

EaaS is interesting. In some ways it has evolved a lot in recent years, in other ways, it still has a long way to go. We sold a business in this space last year. $20M revenue with a $3M EBITDA....in Australia. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.
