Diligencing a strong e-comm prospect with a couple unique wrinkles, and wanted diligence support. Many posts recommend Centurica as a provider, but their service has been terrible, and despite engaging last week, we haven't even been able to get a response to schedule a time. Don't recommend them if you're early stage or unless you have an existing relationship.

Anyone else experienced you would recommend available to consult quickly on the deal? Multiple + growth looks good, so interested to do an LOI this week to move to deeper due diligence if there's nothing obvious we're missing.

In Japan Standard Time, so we'll need to be flexible on timing.
