General word of advice - both of the businesses I acquired started as predominantly wholesale businesses but over time, their category moved more and more online. However, they were still being run like wholesale businesses. The opportunity I saw for both was using my Amazon background and focusing on eComm operational performance (forecasting and inventory improvements, optimizing online ad strategies, hiring off-shore catalog support, etc.). That's something you may want to consider - looking for a mostly wholesale business that does some or little eComm where your background and skillset is the additional variable that makes the deal worth doing since you'll know how to grow it.
