E-2 visa for searcher in traditional search fund model

Is it possible for a non US searcher (From U.K) to get E-2 visa after raising funds for a traditional search fund?
Has anyone tried to apply for a E2 visa for Search Fund? Please DM me you know any lawyer who can advise on this matter?
