E-2 visa for searcher in traditional search fund model

Is it possible for a non US searcher (From U.K) to get E-2 visa after raising funds for a traditional search fund?
Has anyone tried to apply for a E2 visa for Search Fund? Please DM me you know any lawyer who can advise on this matter?

Worth exploring some of the talent visas like O1, EB1a and EB2 NIW as well. We have had success working with entrepreneurs on these categories. No issues with ownership % like the E2 visa where you need to have 50%+.
