Due Diligence

Hi,

I have a couple of requests.

1. Has anyone worked with a reputable due diligence firm you could recommend? I am looking for a cost effective, yet experienced professional in the DFW area.

2. Does anyone have a list of questions that you have found useful to ask prospective sellers? if so would you mind sharing?

Having had this experience and professionals around, I generally have my current CPA and my attorney do thier part while I and my team do the rest. There are also firms that will do valuation seperately, or the bank does it for any SBA 7a process. [I'm also in DFW.]
