I've been in ecommerce for 18 years.
I fully own a DTC business that I bought 3+ years ago. Now I'm considering selling a piece (possibly half) of the business and taking on a partner who's willing to handle day-to-day operations (I'm exhausted). Would only be willing to do this with the RIGHT partner.
Must be energetic, hungry, have a passion for ecommerce and retail, understand the importance of marketing and willing to take a chance. Valuation won't be high - but the risk will be. Still a nice possible upside.
Partner would ideally be in the northeast but not necessary.
Business is small. About $3mm revenue. But 30 years old with lots of great assets, infrastructure and inventory. Great opportunity for the right person.
