Has anyone looked into Drive In Movie Theaters recently? Due to COVID restrictions they could potentially earn some on a large tract of land waiting for a future development opportunity. I know most movie theaters earn their revenue from concession stands, but not sure if anyone has looked into these as a short term revenue earner on a larger tract of land
