Good morning, I am hosting a small drinks reception at the Oxford & Cambridge Club in London to mark the opening of our UK office and would be delighted to welcome some members of the Searchfunder community. By way of introduction, Streamliners is a US-based operations consulting firm focused on private equity, supporting investors and management teams with operational due diligence, performance improvement, and value creation initiatives. Over the years, we’ve supported investors and operators across hundreds of diligence and transformation engagements, ranging from founder-led SMEs to large private-equity-backed businesses. Today, we conduct dozens of operational due diligence engagements each year across a wide variety of sectors. Given the overlap between what we do and the challenges many searchers face when evaluating, acquiring, and growing businesses, I thought it would be interesting to bring together a group of searchers, operators, investors, and business builders for an evening of conversation. This is not a presentation, sales event, or formal networking session. Just drinks, good company, and the opportunity to exchange ideas with people who are passionate about acquiring, operating, and improving businesses.
