Does SBA allow a Searcher to pay buy-side broker/finder fee

I see many posts like Axial, Kumo, etc. Some have % fee upon closing. Does SBA allow a searcher to pay such fees?

I think some lenders will let it be added on to the purchase price but I don't know the nuances well enough.
