Does non-SBA finance below $5m really exist?

As a capital advisor, I am constantly asked about non-SBA finance products that provides up to $5m at 90% LTV. I have yet to find a 90% LTV non-SBA product for up to $5m. Asset based lending Revenue based finance/ Cash flow finance Conventional finance PE Mezz PC I've explored each of these instruments heavily and I am convinced that it doesn't exist. (Non-SBA finance that provides up to $5m at 90% LTV) Would love to hear some different views on this.
