I am just starting my search and am curious as to how people have leveraged alumni resources in their searches, if at all? Are there any alumni resources that are geared specifically towards alumni looking to purchase small businesses?

Hi Shannan -- echoing what Deborah said, I highly recommend you reach out to Jim Sharpe, Rick Ruback, Royce Yudkoff, Jay Davis and Jason Pananos. They are all amazing and always open to talk with students or alumni interested in ETA. Regarding databases, I'm not sure of which ones are available as an alum, but would highly recommend reaching out to someone at Baker and asking them for guidance on that front.

Hi Shannan -- i'm a current student so have limited knowledge of alumni resources, but i would imagine that 1. Jim Sharpe, et all are still willing to speak 2. some databases from Baker are still at your disposal, and Baker Librarians are willing to help you in research and list building. I haven't found the Career Center helpful for search. Happy to help with anything! redacted
