Hey everyone,

Since ESG is becoming increasingly popular for public companies to use to satisfy investors, I am curious to know whether or not ESG has been involved within your search. Please feel free to comment below

I was pondering the same question. Aside from the fact that companies that score well on ESG metrics are good for non-economical reasons, I do suspect there will be an economic upside from acquiring a company with positive ESG angle as well. Especially as ESG is becoming more ingrained in the evaluation criteria of some of your potential exit routes (e.g. private equity investors) thereby driving up value.

Very curious to hear other people’s take on this.
