Does deal flow slowdown around holidays?

Is there typically a slowdown in deal flow around the holidays? I'm planning on launching an email campaign and wondering if I should wait until Jan to get a better hit rate?

Now is the perfect time to be reaching out to business owners. Business owners are currently starting to think about the year ahead. For those that are in their 60s and 70's, that includes talking to their family about retirement, and what lies ahead. I wouldn't take the foot off the accelerator. Keep sourcing. Write holiday cards to your favorite prospects. Follow up early in the new year. Relationships take time to build. Good luck!

I think so, but I like the idea of doing both. It feels weird to follow-up and keep emailing but it takes 6-10 times to communicate sometimes to reach someone.
